STB Implementor 7-Step Process

01

Foundation

Step-1 walks you through STB’s 7 Cores Of Business. Core Focus, Core Niche, Core Market, Core Systems, Core Process, Core Purpose, Core Values, and Core Team.
Once you figure out what you do, who you are, and how you provide value, then you can begin to systemize the business accordingly.

Clarity is what you will have when you establish these seven cores. Then your decisions and energy can be honed in to move towards them. You will prevent distractions and wasted resources in the wrong things.

02

Systems

Step-2 – Once your business cores are dialed in, then you will need to decide which systems are required to run your business. We will work together to develop each one.

We will create a system list and processes to run them. Then we will prioritize which 20% of the core processes that will make 80% of the difference today. Next, we apply the 4% and 64% rule. We will develop these systems and processes first.

This method will begin the process of developing your business blueprint. You will start to architect your business processes so that you will understand and know how your business runs. Getting to this point is one of the best feelings as a business owner.

03

Documentation

Step-3 is documenting your core systems and process established in Step-2. Here we start to write out and build templates visually. We provide you with our useful web application that will help you create process maps, document each step of the system, generate a checklist, and video creation training for them.

We use three essential terms which are D.O.C. (Descriptions | Operations | Creations), T.E.M.P. (Task | Employee Forms| Manuals | Procedures) & (V.T.C.) Video Training Creation for repeatable procedures and tasks.
Documenting your whole business can bring scalability and predictability in how things are done in your business.

04

Technology

Step-4 is choosing which software technology is available to run your business in the market. We will set up seven essential systems that need to be systemized. There is a massive amount of tools in the marketplace. But we use an all in one platform that can and will run the crucial parts of your business. Client Relationship Management(CRM) software is the foundation; its the first thing we set up.

A CRM is a platform tracking your interactions with your customers. We will sync other tools on top of it that compliment the systems that will execute your core processes established in Step-2.

There are so many options in the market in systemization. Our focus on choosing the right platform is going with the one that reduces complexity in running your business. Simplicity is the goal when using one platform that runs all the other ones.

05

Integration

Step-5 – After completing Steps 1-4, the integration step is where we bring everything we have created and put it all together to execute your business systems.

As we intergrade your systems, processes, and documentation workflows with software technology, we need to test them to make sure we get the desired outcomes.

We begin to integrate one system at a time. We start with the CRM and then the essential tools that are a necessity for your business.

A business usually has 5-9 systems that run its processes.  You have narrow down, which is necessary to implement now that  are crucial to have in your E.O.S.(Entrepreneurs Operating Systems.)

06-07

Training - Blueprint

Step 6-7 is training and completing your business blueprint.  The process to get to this point takes about 6-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of your business.

Of course, this process is a never-ending task as you grow your business and systems will change adapting to the needs of the market.

We learn from customers as we get feedback about their experience with our products and service.

There is also a component of growth and adding more people to your team. As you grow, systems get more involved and must be tailored to the culture of your business growth.

Placing systems early on in your business will bring less stress and headaches as you expand your business to higher levels.

Who I work with

We love working with entrepreneurs who truly love business and love what they do. Our best clients are Freelancers, New Entrepreneurs who desire to start a new business from the ground up, startups under two years in business, and the few business owners who are ready to invest time to systemize their back/front end processes. And want to set up a blueprint for their business. The first step to working with me is to fill out an application and to see if we are a good fit to work together. Then we set up a one on one Systemization Strategy Session with me.
