Our Company

Systemize The Business & STB Implementor

We are a new generation of consultants called Implementors. We do more than consult, we implement systems in our client’s business. We bring both tangible and intangible value. As Implementors, we work with business owners to implement core systems, outline core processes, and document each step. Resulting in what we call the Blueprint or “Your way of doing business.”

Our Philosophy

We believe everything created has built-in systems that keep order. We’ve made it our purpose to help humanity discover, grow, develop their inherent gifts and skills. When these talents are injected into systems, humans can accomplish anything together. We do this by providing tools to be more efficient with their resources. We deploy System Implementors to train and teach them how to use their gifts to build systems to run their businesses, thus creating more time for more critical activities in their business. The result is that each human would become more productive and capable of reaching their full potential. Humanity, together with operating in systems, can impact the world, leaving it better than they found it.

Who We Are

We are brilliant at systems implementation and creating strategic process to simple solutions. Having these gifts is how we bring value to all our customers.

STB's 7 Cores Of Business

Establish your niche and your core focus when you first get into business for yourself. Narrow down your market, offer, and product. The more attention you put on your first product or service, the simpler it is market and cost less to advertise. Your message will be that much clearer.

For example, if you are starting in real estate as an agent. You must begin to market to a geographical area and begin to brand yourself as the expert in that city or a specific part of a town. Then start to bring value by giving away free content via social media and information about that area. Brand yourself as an expert specializing in that market. Send a clear message of what you do, who you are, and whom you want to work within your industry.

In the beginning, narrow is best then expand later. When you have focus and clarify your niche, then you gain the confidence you need. Your energy is laser focus making you more productive as an agent in the market place.

In today’s marketplace, most businesses can’t afford to market to everyone. This is why you need to narrow down your market segment. Then you create a marketing plan, nurturing plan, and retention plan. This is step two, how will you stay connected to your customers and keep offering them value.

In terms of selling, you will need to create your product and service delivery process. This, in turn, will become your sale process to turning a stranger into a client. Map out your sales process for your company and for your potential client. The clearer the process, the more effective your sales system will run.

Sale and marketing are two things you will need to be part of doing, creating, and developing.

Systems need processes but the process needs outlines and steps in how they are executed. Clarity is King in knowing the processes of both ends of your business.

Your staff needs clarity to execute processes in product and service delivery. Also you customer needs clarity in how thing run when they do business with you. They want to know what they can expect and create a path they can follow is priceless especially if you are providing a service.

You can download the 7-step process handbook I’ve created for my company to get a real example of product and service delivery. vvv

Keep the process simple and practical. Highlight the core steps and create capture systems to document the details.

After you decide on your niche product or service and devise a marketing plan. Then you build systems around them. This is step three, developing your front end and back end systems to run your company.

If you already have a business running, then you already have systems, but for most companies, these systems are stored in the mind of the owner or the heads of employees. This is excellent news because all you have to do is document them and re-evaluate these systems to see if they are the best way to execute your operations.

From the people I’ve worked with, and the employer I’ve worked for, critically thinking through these processes has been the best way I have brought the most value.

Dialing in your systems will take work, but they are necessary to scale your business to the next level.

So you have a niche product or service, you have a marketing plan and have set up core systems with each process outlined.

Purpose and vision become your guide to keep you moving forward. This is your “Why”, why you exist as a company?

Your decision making is governed by this and this is your North Star so to speak. Your actions and decisions have to be made base on vision/purpose.

You should ask yourself, is this action and decision moving us towards what we set out to do as a company.

We sometimes skip over this part that is why we quit too early since without purpose then what will keep you grinding when it gets tough. Your vision is what keeps you moving long term. Don’t think 10 months thing 10 years in developing a business that can change an industry and its people.
A company is no different, it has many moving parts and it is maintained, managed by people with the values. The values they have must be complementary and possess the same DNA for the business to grow.

A business is an organism that grows in a culture of strands of DNA. When it goes outside its culture then it begins to die. But with the right DNA and healthy culture, the organism multiplies.

A company is no different, it has many moving parts and it is maintained, managed by people with the values. The values they have must be complementary and possess the same DNA for the business to grow.

Purpose and Vision must be met with values. Core values act like glue keeping everything together and connected in a natural way. Values are your DNA and your company operates with these values.

So you have every part dialed in for your business. Now build your dream team placing right people in the right position with the right skills. Hire only the the top 1% for each position in your business.

They must share a part of the vision and posses the values you have set out to fit the culture you desire for your company.

Assuming you have worked and develop the other cores then creating a team should be simple since you have a guideline in who to hire base on culture.

You will find during this process is that a person you wan to hire has the skillset but lack the culture/values. Skillset is valuable but if it violates the companies values then its problematic.

Hire slow but fire fast!
